I bought this Sun Shower in 1999 for Y2K, and I still have it. I practiced using it in the house. This definitely can be used indoors, when the electricity doesn't work and you don't have running water. I bought an indoor wood post from Home Depot. I had them cut it to 6 feet high. I attached a square wood board with nails on the bottom of the post for a stand so the post would stay upright. I then attached a strong metal hook on the side of the post near the top, and I also attached a hook at the same height on the opposite side of the post. I set up the stand near the bathtub and I attached the Sun Shower with from 1 to 2 gallons of water on one hook. If I needed to, to make sure that it wouldn't topple over from having too much weight on one side, I planned on hanging a plastic gallon of water on the opposite side. I then practiced using the Sun Shower by taking a shower in the tub. Even though it is not going to be as luxurious as using your bathtub shower hose, it will do the job of giving you running water and a shower, when there is no electric or running water in your house.
