I have these clippers and they are absolutely the best clippers I have owned. My cat had an embedded claw in one of his toes. I was able to cut the claw with this clipper very easily and pull it out of his toe with my fingers. I then put  hydrogen peroxide daily on the wound and it healed in a month. Please note that those red circles on the inside of the clipper have a tendency to fall out. Well, you don't need them. Just throw them away if they fall out.
