We never saw a chain saw on any other survival websites. WHY? You need to cut wood for fuel and cooking. If you can operate a chain saw, and have a place to store its gas, it would be one of the first things on your survival list. And, if you can't operate a chain saw, then you need an axe. Again, never seen them on any websites, not mentioned on any bug out or bug in lists. An axe would be one of the first things on your list too.
