Camping Chairs Are No Good! Bath Chairs Are Multi-functional In Survival Conditions!

Camping Chairs are not good. Maybe for the occasional hike or camp, but not for long term survival. First of all, they have cloth seats. This means they get dirty, and you have to take off the seats and wash them. If it is raining, and your camp chair is outside, it is going to get wet and then you can't sit in it, or if you do, your whole backside will get wet. Since the camp seats are made out of cloth, cloth rips and wears out, and there you are, with a chair frame and no seat to sit on. In my opinion, I do not like the construction of the camp chairs either, with so much metal framing for the legs.

My suggestion is, to acquire a bath chair instead. It is made out of plastic, metal, and rubber. If it rains, the seat and back are plastic, so it can't soak in the water. The legs are adjustable for different heights. The chair I recommend, can hold up to 300 pounds of weight, The arms and the back can be removed, to make the chair a seat. It is sturdy and will last for years. I have an older model, and have been using it for 16 years without any problems, and it is still like new. It is lightweight, but sturdy at the same time. Since I wrote this post another year and a half went by. I am revising it now. For about 3 years, I have kept the chair outside. I had meant to clean it with a hose and soap, but never got around to it. The chair has gone through all seasons outside for 3 years, including cold winters, frozen ice, and even a tornado. The chair is still in perfect condition and that includes the rubber feet. So it is definitely a chair that can be used in the outdoors all season round and can definitely be used for camping.

Also, if there is no electric and you need to wash yourself, or you have an injury, this chair really comes in handy. You may have to have buckets of water near you to wash yourself, and you can sit on the chair indoors or outside to be closer to the water buckets in your sitting position, Then you can wash yourself, sitting right in the chair, and pour the water all over yourself without a problem,

because the chair is plastic and the water runs off.

I particularly like this model, because it has an opening in the front of the seat for easier personal hygiene washing.

This is a great chair. I highly recommend it over all camping chairs. It is way more useful.
